Red cards, late goals, and nonstop drama mark the season’s wildest game yet

In what may go down as one of the most thrilling matches of the season, South Pointe overcame adversity, red cards, and relentless pressure to secure a dramatic 4–3 victory over Galacticos. Both sides came into the match desperate to stay in the playoff hunt, and the result delivered fireworks from start to finish.

Despite going a man down, South Pointe took the lead in the 41st minute with a goal from Armando Reppeto. But just minutes into the second half, Galacticos equalized through Samuel Maraver, assisted brilliantly by Tiziano Ferras. The drama escalated when Emerson restored South Pointe’s lead at the 58th minute, quickly followed by Alessandro Corghi, who extended it to 3–1 at the 60th.

Galacticos fought back fiercely, with Rafa Fernandez scoring off a jaw-dropping rabona assist from Ferras, bringing the score to 3–2. A late own goal by Galacticos in the 90th minute made it 4–2, before Samuel Martinez pulled one back in the dying seconds, ending the rollercoaster at 4–3.

The Man of the Match was Armando Reppeto, whose opening goal and tireless effort set the tone for South Pointe’s fight. Special mention goes to Tiziano Ferras, whose creativity and flair nearly stole the show for Galacticos.

South Pointe now inches closer to the playoff zone, while Galacticos are left to reflect on a heartbreaking loss in a match that had everything.
