Miami Sporting Put on a Show in Ruthless 9–0 Victory

A dominant performance keeps Miami Sporting top of the table on 30 points, while Nova FC remain in 10th place after a one-sided afternoon.

Miami Sporting delivered one of their most complete performances of the season with a commanding 9–0 win over Nova FC. From the opening minutes, they imposed their rhythm and never looked back, turning the match into a statement result. The victory allows Miami Sporting to stay at the top of the standings with 30 points, level with South Pointe Park but ahead in first place, while Nova FC remain 10th with 3 points.

The scoring started early through Ivan Garcia in the 4th minute, with Denzell Olivera providing the assist. Caleb Roldan doubled the lead in the 31st minute before Gerson Alvarez added the third in the 37th after a setup from Ivan Garcia. Eduardo Machado made it 4–0 in the 43rd minute with an assist from Alejandro Leon, giving Miami Sporting complete control before halftime.

There was no slowdown after the break. Gerson Alvarez struck again in the 50th minute, Eduardo Machado added his second in the 54th off an assist from Chaison Herrera, and Denzell Olivera got on the scoresheet in the 57th, also assisted by Chaison Herrera. Caleb Roldan then completed his brace in the 68th minute, and Ronald Garcia capped off the performance with the ninth goal in the 69th minute.

Beyond the scoreline, this result sends a strong message to the rest of the league. Miami Sporting not only collected three important points, but did it in emphatic fashion as the race at the top continues to tighten. For Nova FC, it was a difficult match from start to finish, and they will now need to regroup quickly as the season moves forward.
